Top free software sites. The NIH Library has extended our enterprise-wide license for EndNote for another year - now through December 31, 2016. This license allows anyone directly associated with NIH to download and/or upgrade to the latest edition of EndNote (X7 or X8 when it is released in the Spring of 2016).
